The residence was inspired by the exotic charm of one of the most beautiful European historic landmarks: the palace and gardens of Alhambra. In the front, we are welcomed by a portico with a doubled number of columns and mysterious doors, which - except for transparent panels in their upper part - have no other glass panes. The majestic character of Alhambra is emphasized by its independent, discreet location vis a vis other residences.
Alhambra was created for entrepreneurial, brave, and firm people striving for perfection; people who are also connoisseurs of sophisticated, elegant and technically ideal art.
In the Alhambra garden, we will find references to the Andalucian Alhambra: "Arabesque" mosaic, oriental Mediterranean plants, buxus shrubs, agaves and oleasters.

The detached two-storey house will have an open plan interior, no basement and a garage for three cars. The main part of the building is covered with a hipped roof. The three-car garage was designed as a ground-floor annex connected by a passage to the main building.
